Candulin was founded in 2017 with a single mission: to be the most successful, creative and ground-breaking Lean Consulting agency. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customised, unique solutions.
I have more than 10 years’ experience in Lean Transformations and in the Continuous Improvement arena.
I currently lead Lean transformations at different client’s site to develop and transfer Lean capabilities to grow and remain through effective consulting, coaching and simulations.
I have worked all over the world… USA, Russia, South Africa, Europe (Italy, Germany, UK, Holland, France, Czech Republic etc..) across multiple sectors including Metal, Mining, Paper, Retail, Gaz, FMCG, Rail, Packaging and Services.
I single handedly run more than 500 Training Workshops with more than 7500 participants including all levels of the organizations from the Machine Operators to the CEO.
I have contributed to improvements that led to actual savings of more than $120M and more than $500M cost avoidance.
I believe that given my International background, speaking 5 languages (English, Italian, French, Spanish and Russian) I have gained enough experience to adapt to any environment.
I keep learning and crave new experience and knowledge on a constant base.
Lean fundamentally is not a set of tools but a Business Management System and philosophy that the tools help you to drill a certain type of behaviour and thinking into your employee’s daily lives.
I am curious by nature; I enjoy working with different kinds of people and strive to share, learn and teach them but above all, I absolutely adore seeing them succeed! Even if I am behind the scene most of the time.
My favourite quote and one I truly believe is “People are the only asset in a company that appreciates! We need to invest and take extremely good care of them!”
